Diamond Integration LLC uses international freight companies to deliver the orders. These companies provide estimated dates of arrival but we recommend placing order with enough time to compensate a possible delay.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer either Air or Ground shipping from our manufacture over seas. The time estimate will be include it in the customers quote with a possible delivery date. ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM MADE BY CUSTOMER PO.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
As different from our competitors Diamond Integration turn key solution includes any customs, taxes and shipping fees applied to your order. We deliver the orders at customers location.
Damages
Our Q&A department goes under a rigurous quality control where we perform 72hrs aging testing leading in the industry. When it arrives at our headquarters it goes under another quality control to ensure nothing was damage during the shipment of the goods. Then the order will be shipped insured via FEDEX freight to the customers door.
